Objectives

  • Understand and be able to carry manager’s human resources activities from outlining job descriptions, play effective role in candidate selection and onboarding new employees to the team.
  • Learn and apply performance appraisal technique, providing feedback.
  • Understand how compensation and benefit mechanism work and their implication on attracting, motivating and retaining employees.
  • Understand how job is evaluated and compensation determined.
  • Able to motivate employees, to guide employees in their competency development and help employees in building their career.
  • Learn manpower regulations on hiring, disciplinary actions and termination, as well as organization grievance procedures and conflict resolution techniques.
